Our approach

Psychology that takes its time.

Good psychology shouldn't feel rushed. We take time to understand what's going on: your history, your context, and the things that brought you here, before suggesting a way forward. That means assessments that are thorough rather than rushed, and therapy that fits the person in front of us.

Our work is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming and grounded in evidence, drawing on approaches like CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT and EMDR, matched to what will help you.

Your goals and context shape the work, not a fixed template.
